Michelle Kremer-Bruner graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1993 with a degree in Psychology.  Michelle then went on to get her real  estate license in 1994.  She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate of Realtor Institute, Certified New Homes Specialist, and Semonin New Homes Specialist.  She is also a full-time mom to two wonderful little boys, and a brand new baby girl, who are turning into mini real estate agents themselves!  She is ready to put her degree and designations to w ork for you.

Eileen Kremer, CRS, GRI has been  licensed since 1978. She has  been a multi-million dollar selling  agent since 1986.  Eileen became an assistant Vice President of  Sales for Semonin in 1995, was voted the Scroggan Jones  peer award from the Breckenridge Office in 1992 and received  the most Service awards from that office. Eileen is also a member of  Who's Who in Real Estate.

Mike Kremer graduated from Bellarmine University with a major in  business.  He obtained his real estate license in 1986 and started  helping Eileen in the real estate business.  Mike retired in  1996 after  37 years with Sears.  Since retiring Mike has taken a more  active role in real estate.  Sears mission statement is Satisfaction  Guaranteed and  one of his main goals is to go that extra mile for you,  so you will always be satisfied.
